stator timing 61x

my new stator has no line to align to the line in the case. is there any way to set the timing? just eyeball it lol?

When you zoom into the photo you can see a faint line…. I’ve also used a machinist ruler to measure the distance from the mounting screw to the slot… in your case you’d remove 1 screw or use an extra and line the screw up with the witness mark on your old stator and measure over to the slot..

Some of these eBay stators dont have a line for timing.
