BOB hull came in earlier than expected :woot:. going to go pick it up today in Nashville 175 miles away. :woot:, will post pics tonight, and start building it tomorrow.

that pic with someone in the engine compartment tells me two things, one its a big area with a big opening , and two the fit and finish inside the hull is either really nice or someone was stabbed with fiberglass spears !!

DIsappointing day today. first the couplers i had did not work with the 1100 mid shaft, so i had to drive across town to find one. Then, i went to put on the ride plate and the bolt holes didn't line up,, ill have to figure out something out tomorrow, then i threw the bare hull with hood on a scale and it was 5 pounds over. :-(, Other wise the hull is built solid.
At Least i got the pump,midshaft, ebox, motor mounts in,
Edit, ....the extra weight is probably from turf, The heat is getting to me , at the shop is like 100 inside, i wish i could buid it in my living room. lol

could it be an extra 5 pounds with the turf and glue and the inserts to bolt everything down??...was it weighed before any of that was done?
