Steering system suggestions?

I'm looking for some suggestions on steering systems for my Footrocket. I like to run my steering a bit tight. I currently have xmetal non adjustable on my Matrix and I like it, but I have to tighten it every couple rides again and it's kind of annoying. The only other steering I've tried are stock and WDK, and I didn't care for WDK because it was way too loose for my personal preference. Can anyone suggest a good system I can run tight that stays tight?

Thanks

But when you say tight do you mean lock it down like you can on stock steering by tightening the oem bolt?

if so we also have the ATP Stock length or -1" steering ($214) comes with all pictured

'Tight' steering is usually a non-bearing, friction style setup like older xmetal or cold fusion which uses oem bushings.

Most bearing setups are 'looser' because of the bearings, but most can also be tightened down to increase friction except WDK and a few other which use a sealed nonadjustable tension style design.

I have done the following to make my steering system more dependable: drilled a hole in the stem to take a cotter pin so the krok can't come loose, drilled and tapped for a machine screw on the underside since the stem comes loose.

And yet as it sits right now I have 1/4" of play in my steering, never will I ever buy it again.

Perfect! Lol. Nobody was any help so I went ahead and ordered a Blowsion one. If it wears out as bad as yours I think Cold Fusion or ATP mini will be my next steering system.

On my xmetal i changed bolt and double nutted. Kinda worked better, crock collar works with a ton of Red, but best so for for me has been RRP only comes loose once in a while and if you red the inside reverse thread bushing it stays pretty good. I may try a bearing style next, but you dont like that kind of feeling so...

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll see how I like the Blowsion one and go from there. I really wanted the Titan system to go with my Titan pole but couldn't find anyone in north america that sells it.
