Best mod for the square nose by far. Increases ride-ability tenfold. No more gulping water.
That's what I'm hoping, with dual bilges and this, I shouldn't have to worry as much about taking on water

did you add tubes to your hood man(paczowski) its going to take on alot of water as is in those photos
You definitely need tubes dude! Going to rain water right on your carbuerator/s with those holes open like that.
When you put the tubes in, make them go as low as you possibly can to the bottom of the hull without restricting airflow.
Even with the factory flame arrestor you need the tubes. They do more than just go to the bottom of the hull. You insert them into the hood liner so they stick up about an inch or two. This creates a dam so the water can't go down the tube. Instead it drains back out of the rear of the hood where your vent/drain holes are when the ski tilts backwards.
Here's some photos of mine being done, just picked it up from paint today

This is true, but press n seal looks even easier.Duct tape is great poor mans mold release as well.

Ahh okay. Still sounds like it worked out pretty decent for you then, even though it's not perfect!
Ohh okay! yeah I see. I'm probably going to use the wax paper and/or ductape method for this one.Yeah, it lifted right off the cardboard in one piece, just not so much from the glass...lol..if you zoom in on the pics of my hood breather holes you can see some of in in the right hole![]()
