Freestyle Stock 144 pump verses stock 155 pump for my motor swap? Pros and Cons

Ok for now this will be going in to my square nose. Eventually hopefully when funds permit into a bob g3. I have a stock 650coming out and a dry piped 760 going in it has the cylinders lowered and will have a Ada head on it with around 190 compression. Stock duel 44s, stock ignition (61x), riva intake grate and groovy ride plate. I have the donor wb2 that all the parts are coming out of. But I wanna know should I stick with a 144 pump and a 9/15 hooker? Or throw in the 155 pump and prop it as nessasary. I know I've read that the 155 is a bit to much for a 701 but the 760 had that pump in it from the factory and it will be in a LOT lighter hull then the wb2. Also after my mods I would think the 760 would be that much stouter. Has any one done this? What were your thoughts? I would have to buy the pump shoe and the prop for the 155 To make it work. Which isn't to bad if it will give me the big thrust I want.

You're going to have to do more than just buy a pump shoe. The 155 pump won't just fit - there would be extensive glass work required.

oh I have not done any porting myself in quite a few years, so I don't think I'd be much help.
People have put these pumps into Superjets. There's a fella on this board that did it, but I can't recall his name.

Mainly the cost right now. If I had the money I would rather put it in to a hull. What ever I put into this Superjet hull can easily be swapped into a aftermarket hull down the road.

Id stick with a 144 till the bob. And a 760 wb motor doesnt have the bottom end punch thst a ported 718 or 726 would. A solas and 9/15 zwill work nice, and when you get in the bob the weight loss will be very noticable.

Well I was going to swap all the shafts and bearings around to just do a dry fit to see how It looked but.......... I blew the back of the 155 stator out pressing the bearing out the WRONG way. So I am sticking with the 144 pump.
