Not sure what ski you have but stock jetting for a 94 SJ is:

If you have the stock single mikuni sbn 44, around 25 psi with 1.5 n/s.

I have a 44 Mikuni, it came off of a 650 and I’m in process of the 701 swap, does it matter what color spring as long as its a 115gr? Also will the stock info Mike W gave above give me close to that pop off pressure of 25psi? Sorry kinda new to this

Generally stock is super high psi. Lower psi will dump more fuel and make the engine easier to start.
Is there a set psi that you’re supposed to aim for with stock? The Mikuni manual only tells you the Psi for those carbs but doesn’t tell you how that will work when you throw it on different motor size.. or is it all dependent on every motor and a guy would have to do a trial and error?

Generally stock flame arrestors like higher popoff in the 50’s. Start out with whatever your stock jetting is and go from there.
