Stock Superjet Cutting out

I bought a 1993 Yamaha Superjet 650 bone stock 2 years ago and have had two seasons of chasing the same issue. After about 30 minutes of my ski running fine it starts cutting out on top end and will die. It will fire immediately and I can ride for another minute before the same issue occurs. I have chased/replaced a check valve, spark plugs, bypassed fuel selector, took apart carb (flawless), no water in E-box and just looked at my reeds and they are perfect. Someone please help!

If it was mine the first thing I would do is cut back the plug wires. Maybe better yet, get a new coil with good plug wires.

sounds like a stator. The engine runs good until hot, then gets hard to start again.

You can check the resistance of the wires coming off of it.
