Stock timing curve for R/N???

Cheers for that, my bro has just received his new Advent T3 and i was just wondering what the final retard was on a stock ignition, He hasnt fittd his Advent yet but will be soon.

He was just curious about Deto at WOT runs, he bored to 760 and asked the engine builder to machine his domes for 91 octane, he has been runing his ski for several months now, but reciently checked his compression and its like 200psi. So his domes where machined way to high for what he wanted, fortunatly he had no signs of deto.

Looking at the two curves you posted(thats his advent curve by the way) do you think he would be safer running WOT with his new advent curve? or should he just send off his domes and get them recut to say 170psi.?
