Stolen Ski...reborn

Some of you may remember that my Envy was stolen last July and with the help of friends and social networking I was able to recover it. When I got it back it had one of the worst paint jobs ever . It was a mess but I had it back. After many hours of work it is just about ready to ride again. I am really happy about how it turned out.

Yeah, this is a pic from 09 when I first built it.

Anything happen to the people that stole it?

Yeah, the guy was arrested, spent about a week in jail and is still waiting for a trial. The victims advocate from the court system is supposed to keep me updated as to his status. I would like to go to his trial.

Yes. I hope the next time my ski gets wet it will be in St Thomas. My house is on the market and as soon as it sells, we're gone.
