This is a length between sizes for oem straps. I wish Limited slip would move the bracket up or down to make it easier on everyone. Otherwise tie a knot or two in battery straps.

Yah none of my straps work normally. All twisted and knotted up to hold tight.

I'm kind of limited on where to put the hooks so that they are easy to reach while taking into account different hulls. The accessibility on a Brawler is much more limited than on a Freak for instance. I think I could reconfigure the hook location on the 5 gallon to get about another inch of stretch though. The tanks are made to order, so I could put the hooks in any location desired. The 3 gallon is short enough that regular long gas tank straps could be used to go completely over the tank.

I also started making these roller hooks that can halve the length of the strap and might work better if you have to knot a short strap.

Why not just add an additional bracket or two above or below? Seems like the easy approach vs trying to make custom to order.
