Stronger bilge pump base?

Does anyone make a stronger base for the Rule bilge pumps? I'm sick of needing to reattach a new base to my hull every time I breath to hard on one of those plastic tabs while I'm working on my ski.

you must reinforce the base with carbon fiber...it's a long tedious process but it must be done.....

the black bases are supposed to be stronger.

someone needs to scan one and make a billet offering. i would buy 4 right now.

Use the optional black base (hotproductsusa.com) and RTV the pump to the base to keep it from rattling around, it will last longer than the ski.

I just cleaned and sanded the pump and base, then glued them together with 5200. I'll try it this weekend, and if this doesn't hold I'll get the stronger base.
