Did any of you try spraying it down with a penetrating oil and and banging on it then letting it sit over night sometimes it takes sitting for a few days to letb the oil soak in but you just have to keep it soaked

Yes. Heat. Try. Spray and sit a day. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Heat. Try. Spray. Put it in freezer overnight. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Heat with spray inside until it boils out. Try. Spray. Freeze. Repeat. Repeat. Give up.

I tried several different sprays too. One thread was galled into the prop when it was cut off.

Jetmaniac makes awesome custom length oem shafts btw. Just sayin.

FYI we do oil field SS to SS all the time here. Galling is whats it called, IMO we are constantly cutting fasteners apart, additives, grease, never sieze, etc will help.
This is the nature of stainless on stainless, not Scat's fault or Impros. There are 'stainless' specific antisieze products that work better but galling will still randomly happen. Polishing the shaft threads will reduce the failures also. Keep in mind that even one small dent on the shaft threads from shipping or handling will cause this also.
