300/440/550 stupid prop is stuck

grrrrrr, i can't get the prop off so i pulled my other pump out and can't get it off either. Pre 90 is left hand correct? wondering if i should MAP gas it to try to help it loosen up?
And i just got my rebuild kit in and the damn kit is for a SX, the stupid ppl said "oh, that kit is discontinued, so we sent you a 90-95 pump kit"..... REALLY, sheesh send me an email or call me but don't make me have to wait around for a kit that is gonna be wrong....ugh, no riding for me this weekend i see.

Yea, use a torch on it and get it really hot. Its best to put the pump upside down in a vise, sitting on the prop tool. Then take a big wrench on the prop, and turn it loose.

i had the same problem i use a 32mm on a torque wrench after trying to cut it heat an freeze it the torque wrench did the trick.

Put the drive shaft in a vice and put the pump on it and heat the prop. Then crank on the bolt.

I took mine off with the impact wrench!!
