I didn't know where to post this. I know a lot of us use craigslist to buy parts and jet skis. The x has a for sale section for members to members and a section for ebay ads... but no craigslist postings. I think we could use a section for craigslist ads too. This is why!
Today I drove 4 hours one way to look at a superjet. This was the ad http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/boa/4359046939.html . So I call the guy and it sounds like a deal. Perfect!... deal for me(I took the day off and went for a ride). I get there and its not as he said or described. Basically it was a p.o.s., but that wasn't the biggest thing to me. What bothered me was the vin tags were cut off. Not saying it was stolen but its a little suspicious. I feel like the x could help one another out. Letting others know about things they have went to look at or see posted on craigslist maybe helpful. The thread where the guy in cali had his bob stolen was all I could think about on the way home. So to the admin, just saying give it a thought. Could be a good thing for all of us
