Its a 93' Superjet all modified for racing. I just picked the boat up yesterday knowing Im going to change things to make it more for freestyle and rec riding on lakes/rivers.

Right know I know im going to change to a girdled head with 35cc domes and get some kind of carb setup on it, but I dont know exactly what would be best for me and the boat...suggestions? Also Im kinda iffy about the TL setup, for the fact I want a bilge in it but affraid the battery will die real fast...

Heres a list of things its got done:

-62T cases 61x cylinder racing porting done (yeah i know)

-MRD fuel injection system

-MSD total loss ignition (analog)

-RIVA head, not sure on dome size but makes 205PSI

-5mm stroker crank (non-oem...possibly RIVA?)

-Factory mod B pipe

-Alum AC pole, not sure what size... any help finding out?

-SS prop, still gotta check the pitch

-Pro-tec ride plate

-Top loader intake grate

-Pro-tec nozzel

-Zero degree bars

-Metal water box (maybe TDR?)

I think thats it, i could be forgetting a few small things...

I would just run it as is.

You could drop compression to something more pump gas friendly and maybe re-pitch the prop.
A good battery should easily run a bilge pump or 2 for the whole day with the total loss. If you feel more comfortable with a charging system I bet someone here would gladly trade with you.

Get a stock ride plate and D-cut the thing, some footholds and dump any hull extensions.

You might want to look at the hood as well. Races tend to like a lot of air in at the front which tends to let a bunch of water in on the first sub.
That doesn't necessarily mean that you need a new hood, you can modify what you have.

Like the other guys said, sounds good as it is. You may end up with a new prop though. I think the biggest issue is the porting - you may well find that it doesn't really start to pull to till the mid range, and then it yanks your arms out all the way through the high and. A freestyle port job is different, and puts all the power in the low to mid range.

Probably dual 44's, depending on size of the motor, 701 I like the 38's but a bigger motor is 44's all the way for freestyle/freeride, thats what Tim Judge told us he found.

if you can get that mrd tuned, its amazing. You won't see as much response out of ANY carbs.
