Up tilt or down tilt? Assuming up tilt, I would highly recommend thrust ez pull. I have the original version and love it. Xmetal is another good option, but to maximize both steering throw and trim flow you need to clamp on a coupler which requires lubrication every ride. Otherwise water blows through the sides when you steer and doesn't give you the full amount of thrust your pump is putting out. It's not as much of a concern on the thrust system.
For just a superjet, I'd say go thrust. Not like you're going for flatwater flips and need all the throw you can possibly get. Brian there is awesome to deal with, and @JetManiac carries both of those systems as well.

pretty sure the 09 superjets came with a 62t reduction nozzle, which means you already have a trim ring. If you wanted to change the angle of the steering nozzle you can modify the piece that holds the trim ring position and set the nozzle angle to your liking. If you want trim with a lever on the bars you are going to have to install a tube through your tray cavity to house the trim cable and then just fabricate a way to connect the trim cable to your current trim ring.

All that said, what is your end goal? Why do you want trim?
