Super jet 701 electrical problem.. Help!!

All stock 701 besides recent electrical upgrades.

Long story short, I just finished installing a new MSD enhancer, MSD coil, and a new stator from RM Stator. First ride back in the water she cut out after five minutes of running great and now theres no spark.. I ran a new ground to be sure and checked the fuse in the e box, still no go. Im confident that I installed everything correctly so im pretty stumped. Maybe a bad stator? Anything helps, thanks!

Test or eliminate the possibility of being stop switch, ohm out coil plug boot to boot. If those are good go to the Ebox and open it up. Check the grounds are proper. Then try swapping the enhancer. One would assume if it was previously running fine that it is most likely something in the line of The recent work done.

Thanks a lot for the responses! I just tore into the ebox the start investigating, so far everything looks like it should. I tried eliminating the start stop switch and still nothing. Im not sure exactly what it means to ohm out coil plug boot to boot? Ill start with swopping out the MSD with the old CDI and move on from there. Much appreciated!

now would be a good time to learn how to use a meter

set it to measure resistance. touch you leads together. the screen should normally show OL and when you touch them together it will beep / give you a number close to zero. now take the two leads and stick each one of them into a different spark plug boot at the same time. make sure you are making good contact with the metal tip in the boots. the meter should beep / give you a number. idk what the resistance is supposed to be in the coil / wires but as long as you get steady # you should be good there. if you're poking around in there and cant get a reading ( the screen just shows OL) then you have an open in that circuit.
