Does things to makes the do goods
Drz's are just toned WAY down. Do a head job on it clean up the ports and a big bore. Then jet accordingly. It feels like double the power over stock.

Thats the mod right there! I was actually looking into doing similar after I got my keihin carb, but then I bought a Superjet LOL. You know how that goes $$$$.
Slip ons arent that bad really, uncorked and jetted right and that oem head pipe actually works out better than you might think. I almost bought the head pipe section for my leo vince, but decided to spend on my superjet instead.
Yosh is nice tho and I am jealous when I see a full yosh exhaust roll by me.
For now Im just leaving it as a nice cheap wheelie machine / twisty shredder
May do more after I buy my friends hull and slow down on ski mods

i hear ya on the money thing. if i put A crankshaft in my supermoto, id probably never touch my jet ski again. its convenient. i go out to my garage, start it then terrorize the surrounding area. i dont have to load up, change. dry off when im done. pull my truck back down to the ramp, get back in the water load my ski, dry back off.... yada yada yada. but mines been sitting in the garage for 2 years with the crank blown out of it. i rebuilt it... EVERYTHING. every single bushing, bearing, new chain and sprockets, new top end, cbr front brake master cylinder, big brake disc, new wheels and tires, the only thing i didnt replace was the crankshaft, and thats what let go in it.

Well, I was debating between sxv550, 690smc or hypermotard.. Drove to the dealer last Saturday just to check out the new hyper and traded in my 2011 ducati 848 on the spot. im lovin it, ordered heated grips, touring windscreen, engine guard, sliders. I already took it down some dirt roads with street tires and going places I really shouldn't be. Road it to manhattan. Loads of wheelies. ATM im looking for some jumps. Interesting week I should say :bigok: All the reflectors and stickers are off, this pic was the next day after I bought it.

Very Sweet Ride you have there!!!!

Its a awesome bike. Some ppl say its not a true supermoto, but for a do it all bike its great. Ducati performance has loads of touring accessories for long distance and commuting. I been commuting to work daily on it. Going easy because the roads are cold and its still in break in period.

I raced a friend with a 2006 gsxr and I kept up with him until 110, until I went to reach for a non existant 7th gear and I decided to back off. In sixth you can probably push 130 but that's stretching the engine IMO. Its a short geared bike and in a race you are constantly reaching for a gear. thats why im able to keep up with the gsxr until 110. Although its short geared, in twisties you don't necessarily have to do a lot of gear changes like a cruiser would because the powerband is pretty wide and red lines at 11k. Sixth gear is good for 75mph at 5k rpm and is a comfortbale cruising speed.

The included ABS and traction control works awesome. Comfort is good. Slipper clutch standard. Can power wheelie almost to balance point in 1st gear. Definately a awesome moto.

Here are some pictures of my bike and some buddies I ride with. In the first pic it was just Marco and my self running SUMO wheels a few months back. Now just about everone in the group has turned SUMO. I get my USD and tripple clamps in two weeks, I cant wait.

Thanks! I need to take better pics.
I love the fact that you can change the MAPS for different fuel/ignition settings. I havent found one that I like over the other yet.

But the fuel injection is great.
