Surfriding Superflip vid from Monday in Oceanside ca

Mike young hooked me up with this quick edit from Monday. There's superbails, superflips, Indian air flips, and what could have been mikes last filming experience....

It was probably the best ride of the year for every one. Gomez stomping consecutive flips down, SUPER stoked for him on that. Christian young doing can can rolls, my Lil bro Jake goin for flips, Jerry jones changing the sport. Mike bombing big re-entrys..... It's was epic. Hopefully a big vid will come of it. Havin too much fun....

Awesome moves and great surf. I wish I could be on shore with 25x zoom to get more detail. The GoPro fish eye effect makes it hard to see the action.

Is it a Gopro HD? It looks like they are shooting 720 which makes it a 170 degree view angle. 1080 makes it a little more reasonable 120.

A manly helmet cam like mine might be better to record these important moments in history.

Yeah the boner air re-entry at the end was landed behind the wave and I let my legs go cuz I thought I killed mike.

The first superflip was a bail too cuz it was gonna be a crooked flat landing..... GOOD TIMES!

Best....Day....EVERRRRR! haha seriously I had so much god damn fun that day nothing but stoke came out of that ride and a killer post ride breakfast at the harbor house in Oceanside to laugh about all of it and catch up.

One time Mark asked me why I don't ride on Sundays and I told him I CHOOSE to attend church with my family instead. He told me he worships the two-stroke God. I thought it was pretty funny!
