I have a onewaywalve from enginebay to tray. When exhausttube in tray go hot the tray is pressured. When it goes colder it suck air from enginebay in . And i have stainless inserts in with screw to drain the tray if needed .

Yeah I agree even these larger scale versions. Its like the plastic is sticky. I have switched to the blowsion valve for the moment. The ball is super shiny and nothing seems to stick to it.
I had same thing happen to my ski and it caused some leaks. Installed a few vacate valves, one bulkhead and 1 for the tray and all seems good.
My center chambers have drains on each side of the pump but those have been bone dry since I bypassed one of my leaking water lines... It's only a matter of time until the second cooling line starts leaking.
