Are those adjustable footholds?

Yes they are.

Dope ski. I like the yellow too. Looks sharp. Is that cold fusion fuel line? Ride on brother!

Yes on the Cold-Fusion fuel line. And that stuff is SO nice to install. Love it!

Jay , I'm stoked that you got it on the water ! can't wait for a surf report. What length ride plate did you go with ?

It's a SN plate cut fluch with the back of the bottom deck. And I can't wait to get her in the surf!! Stoked!

I tried deleting that photo. But I don't think it will matter, because the NV Dept of Wildlife took pics of it and it is registered as a 2012 homebuilt boat. They have it all on fine, so I think even if someone tried to reg another ski with that hin it would be pretty damm hard for them to pull it off.

It's friggin snowing....... SOB!!!

If anybody wants some pics of the footholds, please shoot me a pm with email and I'll get you some pics.

I'm very happy with them. They are a bit primitive, but work awesome and are bulletproof. When you kick in you are in solid. Super comfy but solid. Your feet are truly happy. Forward and back adjustability is close to 3 inches. Up and down will cover any foot size. But after riding, I would have been happy with either the molded stock holds, or these.. The adjustability is nice, but Tem positioned these where he normally positions his fixed holds. And they are pretty much perfect where they are. All I did was lower them a tad for my smaller (size 9) shoe. I thought the adjustability would be a key thing, but the hull balance and foothold position is dialed enough that the adj holds are not needed at all. IMO I think for this hull, the pole length is the trick. I'm leaving these right where they are.

Initially I ran my xmetal in its shortest position (thinking that's where I would need to be) and it was too short, so I stretched it two inches and it's perfect now. Low and higher speed it felt good at this length. I know it may sound strange, but until you ride one, you won't understand it. But once you do, it's an instant "I get it" thing. And the grin can't be wiped off.

Hope this helps.
