Superfreak Circus vs Xscream DVX

I was off of skis from 2012 till a month ago. Jumped on a Circus and I was off and running. I find it to be very stable, turns on a dime and just a fun hull. The circus is my 7th AM hull and I'm pretty happy with its characteristics. Really a hard choice between them and not going the "wrong" way with either IMO. Hope that helps and have a great day.

Circus = wide stable ride but short and nose high.
DVX = narrow more edgy ride, but longer and not as nose high.

Its all preference but I personally like the wider hulls, they let you ride "lazy" and not have to fight the ski so much.

I rode a circus long time ago before I could really ever do anything. Always felt uncomfortable for me (6' 190 lbs) I have been on dvx going on 3 seasons. Can cruise on it to get away from chop or traffic even with my 1105.

From what I have seen in near all circus videos are people doing flips and then going to a tail stall. Usually not riding out of a combo or even single flip. The dvx seems to handle better with advanced or beginner riders. Dvx and helium would be a solid choice on hulls. I would wait a year on the heliums though but a Stoyer era built dvx is a solid hull and you will not regret it.

Jace Forest...BRAP!
I’ve had both and enjoyed the dvx waaaaay more. The circus hull spins very flat compared to a dvx. Also it’s a very short hull in comparison to a dvx and I felt like that took away height from tricks. I don’t think any other hill rotates as good as a dvx or helium...just my .02
