Superfreak cooling lines.

Well I have the superfreak that I did the full width adj. plate on over last winter. I had searched for the cause of a leaking tray all summer! I checked the cooling likes and ruled that out, filled the bilge area with water to see if it was getting in from around the, nope. Filled the tray with water through the rear drain to see where it came out, nothing came out. So I thought it must be a cooling line. So I decided fug it, pull off the turf, cut it open, replace lines and do some reinforcing where I did the mods to the rear. Once the turf was mostly off I found my leak! I hate to cut it all apart for nothing, but I guess now is the time to just go ahead and put ss lines in. I know a couple others have had to do this, so I was hoping one or more would give me some insight as to how it will go on a freak? Pictures would be awesome, thanks in advance, Beau. Oh yea here is a pic of the leak.

Yes I did, all I found was an air leak where the exh tube comes into the bilge, through firewall, that is so high the water would be over the carbs before it got in through there.
I have no doubt I found the leak!
Edit. The largest leak.

I'm guessing if/when I do cut it open, I will have to cut around the pump cavity bump up, on Superjet I would cut that out over the pump, if I could do it that way, it would be better for me, not sure if it will come apart fairly easily ? Or if it is a no go.

@RMBCfreeride had that issue and had pics. Also Buckwild had that issue as well. Both on Badass hulls. Maybe they can chime in with some insight

So where did others tube corrode and leak? Where it goes through the hull? How can you identify aluminum from stainless? These kind of look like ss. No corrosion on the outside of them.
