Who would I get in touch with to have a vectorized version of the graphics sent to me?

I would take raster graphics too, but prefer a vectorized version.

Does anyone one know the font that was used?

Is it a free font or was it paid for?

I use Corel and I am looking to make a set for myself. Going to try out some different colors and what not.
