Talk about last min. knockin out ski on a dead line, I've just finnished the top and bottom hull shells and should have it plumbed and bonded Fri.
This is a light carbon surf hull that has nose and tail rocker plus alot of tweeks here and there on the bottom.
I just finnished Lucas's ski today, flat water freestyle , the one handed pic (had to try and out do Chris), so I can jam on mine now.

Yea that hull of Lucas came out at 52.5 lbs no nose p. or hood. He's 230lbs of Brazillian mayhem, It will be a good test to see how the hull holds up .

That is not fair, my hull is heavier and my hood, nosepiece, steering and trim cables were on too :hitwithrock:.
Nice balancing though

Where's the quick cheap place to get a hood seal and 8-9mm turf underlay ? I Think that and one of XR tech intake grates and I'm set.

The Penguin

triple secret probation
try John Highfield at Greater Yamaha for the seal - but they may not have it in stock.

oops - that's for a stock SJ, don't know if you changed the hood seal area in your design.

Is that steering cable tube made from the flex line Electricians used to wire outside AC Units? How or what did you use to seal your the plumbing lines coming through the hull and bulk head? Looks really good keep up the awesome work!!

so, when is visiting day at your shop?

Your shiz is so incredible, I dont think people have any idea as to what they're looking at

your hulls blow me away everytime I see them...and I have an Xmetal CF hood of yours in the garage that I use frequently before I go to bed haha :)

how do you mount the e-box with the toe kick?

mounts right above it...thats the baddest part about it...Its virtually universal!

I want to know if it'll fit an fx..it'd be tight, but might fit...
