Looks pretty good,just fill in the gaps.Take a blade (like a olfa) and cut some angles in the top and bottom wing edges.Hit it with some sandpaper.Tip:get some wax paper and lay it in and around the foothold,so when you are gluing down the turf you won't stick it to the bottom.
Have you heat molded turf before?
okay i will sand it down so that its thinHey James I don't put anything on top of the wing ( or 8 mm max ) and I like to tapper the overhanging turf on the wing to next to nothing in the front to make more room in the tray for surf stance. A heat gun is a turf masters best friend along with sharp carpet blades .
