SuperJet 700/650 complete CDI module

Sem título.jpg

Characteristics:
Reitron presents the RT-9032 - Universal programmable complete module for Jet Yamaha 2 carbureted cylinders with the characteristics shown in the manual below.

Over the years, the electrical wiring of the old Jets was getting damaged, corroded and oxidized, especially those that navigate in salty waters, leaving the mechanics crazy with so many problems. Not to mention the number of different modules for so many Jet Ski models, and even though a new original Jet Ski wiring is very expensive.

With that in mind, we developed a module that will eliminate more than 90% of these problems, costing much less than the original wiring. The RT-9032 has everything a Jet needs in a single module.
CDI
Start relay.
Voltage regulator.
Ignition coils.
Fuse holder.
Electrical wiring for adaptation.
Programming indicator LED.
Programming button.
And best of all, you don't even need a computer to program anything.
Module Features:

It works by battery, thus eliminating the Internal power coil.
Ignition point setting.
Setting the engine speed limitation.
Output for engine temperature sensor.
Output for rotating account
New wiring harness with waterproof connectors.
It comes with a Programming Manual.

(was translated from Portuguese to English directly from the manufacturer's website)

this is the manufacturer's website: https://www.reitron.com.br/modulo-completo-jet-yamaha-650-700-1990-2017-p118809

it also factory for other models

the value it costs here in Brazil is R$ 1,627.67 ( ~333,55 USD)

Interesting....Have you tried it yet?

Says the Rev Limit can be adjusted. Can the Ignition Timing Curve also be Programmed?

What do they mean by "Ignition Point Setting"?

Can the Voltage Regulator and /or the Starter Relay be replaced? In other words, can this Module be opened to replace Components?
I hear very good things about these modules here in Brazil in jetski groups

the manufacturer's response was this:

1 - Yes, the turning limit can be adjusted.
2 - On the RT-9032 which is the Yamaha 650cc and 700cc the point cannot be changed.
3 - The voltage regulator can put an external one and the start relay can be replaced. But the module is sealed with epoxy resin and cannot be opened for repair.

My 1100 runs on the 62t curve. I can barely hang on to it. At 180 psi and a stock flywheel. Guess my ski just sucks tho. Makes crap power cause you can't adjust it. Lol.

Never blow up motors like these other guys either. Maybe it's cause I don't use a primer. Or don't run 6 psi popoff. Maybe it's just luck. Or not subscribing to the bs on here

Badass it doesn't need a 300 dollar charge coil. Seems super cool. Seems like something new and not a remake of an existing product.

I don't have any experience with an 1100, I can only go by my experience with smaller motors that had noticeable gains by changing to a curve with more advance at low rpm and less at high rpm compared to the stock curve, as a zeel or a total loss msd is typically set up.

Actually I don't even know for sure what the stock curve is but OCD posted curves he measured and I find him pretty believable. Compared to what he posted, pretty much every aftermarket cdi and also pretty much ever stock cdi for other high performance two stroke applications use a curve with a lot of advance down low and not much up high where the stock 62t CDI didn't do that in his tests.

Seems like "my 1100 makes a lot of power" isn't much of an endorsement, what would you have to do to an 1100 to not make a lot of power it's a friggin 1100.

Didn't you say that you ride it wide open for minutes on end? That doesn't sound like you can barely hold on.

I agree completely it looks like a really cool product, but it seems like a shame if it uses the stock not-so-great ignition curve.

Crazy your such a wealth of knowledge dude. Yet your on here 5000 hours a day. While other guys have literal jobs building engines and keeping stuff running. 365 days a yr. Where conjecture costs thousands of dollars and ruins equipment. Tech and proven practices always wins

I don't even read certain people's replies on here. I see a name. And just scroll on by. You can do the same. We all bury our heads if we want

I run zeel. Never once heard my evo backfire at all until installed one. It does some quirky stuff sometimes too. Yeh it revs a little better. Starts a little better in surf. Trying to say it's the difference in anything is a joke. People used to swap 61x cdi for 62t. That was back in 11 when I joined this site. Now all of a sudden they are junk and only a programmable cdi.is good. Gtfoh

Not really anything in there about the ignition curve.

I read the stuff you write because it's sometimes entertaining and sometimes helpful.
