Superjet Bilge Pump Glue?

hey guys. my cousin has a 1991 SN Superjet 650.

he has a 500 GPH Bilge pump in there, but for some reason it keeps coming loose.

what kind of glue do you guys use to anchor these things? where can we get some?

I've actually got mine mounted on a 1/4" thick piece of nylon (roughed up with 40-grit sandpaper) which is siliconed to my hull. It can be removed with ease.

some guys use fast cure 5200 and some use 2 part epoxy that comes in the needle looking thing from lowes or wherever.... the 2 part epoxy seems to be the latest favorite as far as I can tell... both will work....

1) Acetone
2) Sand w/ rough grit paper - hull and bottom of pump base
3) Acetone
4) Epoxy/5200
5) Done

Ditto, (i used the 5200 and its working great)

I just use 2-part epoxy and epoxy it down to the hull. Works great for me!

3rd. I used 5200 gotta get it prepped right!
