Superjet bogging down under load

HELP HELP HELP!!!!

Stock 701 superjet 02.
Bogging down under load, if I pump the Primer it hesitates for a second and then takes off. Revs up fine out of the water.
New carb kit installed
New coil
New head gasket
All New exhaust gaskets
Checked the reeds seem fine.
Give it to a guy that works on superjets here in marbella, Spain, he had it 1 whole year without managing to get it to run in the water, I don't think he was really trying to solve it. Lazy

Any help would be massively appreciated

Compression 150psi each cylinder.
Fuel tank vent working properly.

If it takes off after a primer pump, it's lean on the bottom. Not sure what you got for pipe or jets but if it's not jetted correct or you got some low speed circuit or crap rebuild kit problem. Fuel related. Back to the drawing board

The ski is Bone stock.
The ski ran ok before I did a carb rebuild with a vertex kit which i regret .. ive now installed original yamaha carb kit including mixture screws. I noticed the high speed screws were worn out so I'm hoping its now solved the issue.
Ive had to screw the low speed screws out 2 turns out for it to idle sensibly... is that normal?

That slightly worn screw will only mean that what's recommended for stock screw turns won't be exactly accurate since it Lets a tiny bit more gas thru than one that's not worn. 2 turns on a stock screw isn't really that much since the threads on a stock screw are fine threads.aftermarket screws are coarse threads so one turn opens it more. Carb kits include a lot of stuff that isn't usually bad.
