Superjet Bolts/Fasteners Charts

The bolts I have listed have the corresponding grades stamped on the bolts, they are from my 2005 superjet.

so the Mcmaster part # are the right grade bolts

the most reasonable grades to get in stainless are 316 and 18-8.... look at the chart it has a link to more about stainless grades... if it helps im going 18-8 rout... 316 offers very very close to same strength and a little better corrosion protection.... for the life of our skis its not worth 2-3 times the costs for 316....

i did some other research to but this explains it well enought

I also read that 18-8 is like 304 only without a pedigree....

Updaed one more case to cyl.

Also, bad93, if it was not listed I did not make a notation. So the grade was only listed if it had the notation.

what are the markings on the head of the stock bolts mean the 8 and 6 ?

That is the strength of the bolt, its resistance to snapping.

Pan-Phil - qty 2 - M6 x 1.0 x 15mm (same as lugs and CDI screws in e-box)

Motor Mounts
Qty 4 - M8 x 1.25 x 40mm

Flywheel cover
M6 x 1.0 x 25mm

The mcmaster pn's for the M10 bolts in the 62t attachment are for 1.5 pitch, not 1.25 as you have listed. I tried to get the correct part numbers but I couldn't find anything larger than a M8 with a 1.25 pitch. Are you sure about this pitch size? I am surprised by the fact that they don't offer it although maybe I am just not finding them.

Please note I provided the bolt information above taking measurements with a thread (pitch) gauge included in a Craftsman metric tap and die set. I know the pitch is accurate. The only thing that will very are the bolt lengths, and only that will be slight variations.
