Superjet compatibility with 93 vxr pro?

Buddy of mine got a vxr pro in a trade. And has my old gutted 92 superjet hull.
Are there any transferable parts drive line wise from the other ski that will work?

He plans to use the 701 engine (duh).
I was curious if the pump and midshaft off the vxr pro or any other parts would work?

I'm doing the exact same thing! Except for mine is my old Wamiltons hull. I don't really know much yet. The driveshafts and midshafts are different lengths. You can use the pump.

besides the handle pole bracket and up you will need a midshaft, driveshaft, water box, gas tank, intake grate, ride plate. If the steering cable has nearly 4" of travel it will work. I have even used the 3" play cables before and made a quick steering adapter out of aluminum. You will also need the ebox mounting brackets. I forget on the VXR where the ebox is mounted. If its behind the motor then you should have enough wiring for the S/S switch. The ebox will need to be opened and a longer positive battery cable installed. The exhaust tubing should be able to be cut down to make the long hose (probably going to be the bigger size for the roundnose so an adapter to a smaller size or sell and buy the smaller diameter hose). If just running the motor stock without any changing I believe the low jet will need to be leaned out 1/8-1/4 but until you install it and test it I wouldn't touch. Just my experience from the swap I have done in the past.
