Hi guys. Another thread for the duper jet!! I already tore my tray out and defoamed it. Now, what is the best way to find all the leaks and seal them up?? I already got rid of all the silicone around the pump nuts and ride plate nuts, ext. All the steering cables, water lines, all have been cleaned around d and re siliconed. I filled the tray up with water to look for any leaks and after the new siliconing I could not find any. But is there anything more I should do to the ski before I throw some foam back in and fiberglass in the tray?? And once the tray is in, what's a good way to check that it is sealed then? And suggestions will be much appreciated. Oh, for the defoam, I plan on cutting up blocks of polystyrene extruded foam and getting as much as possible in there! Drain plugs are already installed as well.
