superjet dies while riding

I've got a 2006 superjet with blowsion head,b pipe, msd enhancer and a few other things. The other day at the lake it kept dying out while riding. I can fire it and keep going as soon as it dies out and continue riding. Seems like it's getting fuel still. Doesn't bog down just dies out. Didnt feel to hot when i took the hood off. Any ideas what it could be?

Could be an exhaust leak. Start ski, air in bilge area allows it to run. Then you gun it and it fills the bilge with C02 and the engine dies but will start again later on.

Also check your fuel tank check valve. Make sure it's working properly - should let air into the tank but not let pressure out.

Yup. When you first crank it up the fuel lines are under a lower pressure. As you get it going the pressure builds, This is when it may start sucking some air. When the air reaches a certain point, the carb or carbs lose their flow and the motor starves. It dies. Then you go to crank it up and the pressure is low again. Fires right up and feels like everything is fine. Years ago I had this problem. We swapped carbs, jetting, needle and seat....... Then Tricky took it back out (this had him stumped). He looked down while riding it with the hood off and hit the gas and started seeing bubbles in the fuel line.

You might want to Check your fuel filter as well. Mine just plugged up and would die and then restart fine. It's prob worth replacing if you dont know the condition of it.
