Super Jet Superjet dual cooling pisser questions

Got my freshly built 701 2010 sj on the water today. Has dual cooling, ported, Ada head, b pipe etc. the 2 pissers are acting strange. At first start they both have the same pressure, shoot a nice solid stream 4-5ft from boat. Then one will lose pressure. It's not always the same one. Sometimes both lose pressure. While I'm riding they will continue to change randomly. They don't lose all pressure, just kinda starts spitting and not a solid stream. Motor never got hot so it is still cooling..
Has anyone else had this? Wondering if it's normal. I have checked every fitting, water line, head, pipe and have absolutely no blockage anywhere.

As far as I understand it, as long as it's coming out its fine. If there is none coming out, that's not good. Just keep on eye on the temp (gun or hand)

Only has 1-2 hours in the entire motor, head o rings were brand new. Compression is even at 180 psi per hole. No it runs the exact same when it happens! I notice if I jump out of the water, when I land and load the pump up again, it will change the flow out the pissers..

Because leaving the water lets air into the lines and they flow unevenly until they are primed again.

A foreign object in the cooling system that is small enough to move around, but big enough to prevent it from getting expelled can cause what your describing. It can move around when under pressure, get stuck and restrict flow, then it can fall back or move to a different place when the water pressure is cut off. I would check the fittings (especially 90* fittings) again for restrictions.

Betting gasket debris in the water jacket. You could back blow the system by disconnecting the water inlet on the motor and forcing water from the head inlets out.

I tore it apart again looking for something clogged. There is nothing foreign anywhere! Every fitting and hose i can easily blow through with my mouth with no obstruction. Starting to think maybe i need to reduce the size of my restrictors to up the pressure in the system. I can't seem to get the pipe to tune either. Not sure if it is related. I had the bottom and middle screw closed and opened the top screw 1/2 turn and the chamber was very very hot. Then closed the top and opened the bottom, started at 3/4, then 1/2, then close to 1/4 and couldn't get the camber to warm up!

Update! I pulled the head off and not looking too hot. Looks like both orings some how blew. Both are fraying and rubber stuck on the domes. Both were still seated in the groove!

-Some minor rust on the cylinders.

-Both cylinders have some scratching, doesn't look too bad, barely can catch a finder nail on them.

-the white stuff in the water jackets literally dissolves when I pick it out and rub it.. not sure what that is! Thought it was packing peanuts at first haha

This motor (jet maniac top end) has about a hour if that of run time. Should I just slap new head orings back in and run it again?

There looks to be no damage so I would install new o rings and run it.

Question though, did you install the O rings dry or did you use a little grease?

I used grease and was very careful to make sure they stayed put when dropping the head on the cylinder. When I pulled the head, both orings were still seated in the groove.
