What do you guy's think, 5200 to bond them in or just epoxy with rivets? I will be helping with the glassing.

either way will work... 5200 will ensure that they never leak though

Hey Greg!

What'cha cutting up a perfectly good ski for? Kinda like, why would anyone jump out of a perfectly good airplane - to go skydiving...

I wouldn't mind stopping by and checking out the project sometime.

you should see my garage

turf in small and big pieces, chunks or duct tape, under padding, ruined plugs, receipts, styrafoam chunks, fiberglass dust, tufts of fiberglass, old mesuring cups, stir sticks, plastic squegies. ruined resin rollers, little baggies of dog poop, tools scatered, aluminum shavings, lots of boxes, packing peanuts, medical waste, toxic dump. its' a disaster. I'll clean it.... some day.

 Looking good.

That second pic was hard to look at. I WISH I had the stock rail caps still. Just turf is hard on the elbows after a while; need some more padding under there on my ski. You may regret destroying the OEM rubber ones. They go for at least $20 on eBay.

By the time we get that glued, screwed and glassed in, they will be golden.
