Superjet footholds for GASGAS'S 05

Here is the repair I am doing, the crack came over the lip about 1.5 inches.

FYI, don't leave the boat upside down with fuel in it for long, when I went out to the shop this morning I could smell fuel. I was leaking from something, and was all over inside the hood. Kind of distorted the hood seal a little, so I washed everything down with dish soap and water to neutralize it. No damage, started right up.

Finally warmed up enough to start turfing the new kickers :arms:
Got the Foam down, but I think I lost a few brain cells along the way, Forgot how potent that stuff is even with good ventalation:skull2: Hydroturfing tomarrow:biggrin:

I left a ski upside down once and the battery acid leaked out... well it ate up my start/stop switch!


If you are gonna flip them.. drain the gas and remove the battery!

I like the strip of foam on top. That really saves your arms from getting beat up and helps you pull your self into the tray comfortably :biggthumpup:

finally finished footholds!!!

Wow what a pain in the ASS!!:banghead: straight turf was easy when I did my 550 years ago. All those bends and curves really makes this a challenging project. ALL Done , Well except for a few mechanical things.
