What's a reasonable price range for a used stock 2008+ hull?

Kommander has them brand new for around 3k, this is all a really have to go by.

Trying to buy used and it seems like people want to charge top dollar without knowing the market value.

3k is what I have seen them go for. It's supply and demand. They go for a lot because there aren't a ton of 08 + hulls for sale and that's what people will pay.

Thanks. Ive seen a few go for about 2k. I just have a hard time paying 3k for a used stock hull, there is a lot that can go wrong in a few years, soaked foam etc. There is a risk in buying used that should affect the price.

I guess I should rephrase my first post. I've seen brand new hulls that were stripped for aftermarket ski builds sell for 3k.

the hulls from Kommander are likely donor hulls from brand new skis used to build A/M skis

find one beat up, and it'll be cheaper

Yea I'm aware of kommanders' part out hulls.

It seems as if no one is selling one used at a fair price. Had one guy try to sell me a used one for 3k, with no willingness to negotiate.

your buying at the wrong time of year...its summertime and thats when this stuff is worth the most


try shopping around nov-january and you'll find killer deals

That's true, there was one last winter for sale that I was dying to have, but dude didn't want to ship it. Hoping patience will pay off.
