A couple days ago my '99 superjet started running rough at full throttle. Sometimes it would clear out and run, other times it would not and ran like there was seaweed or something in the pump. I removed and cleaned the carbs, emptied the gas tank and the boat started back up. Went to ride the next day boat ran good for about 3/4 tank of fuel then started acting up again. I removed and cleaned the carbs again, rode the following day and everything seemed fine. That evening I went to start the boat on the trailer and nothing. I pulled a plug to test the spark and at first it was good but became intermittent. I then opened up and checked the e-box, everything looked good. Next I removed the stator cover and there was a small amount of moisture present. The gasket was perfect and no standing water, looked like condensation. I pulled the flywheel and cleaned it up and put everything back together. No change still intermittent spark and boat wont start. I then tested the resistence for the charging coil and it showed 370 ohms. I also tested the amps on the charging coil and only got 22-27 with the engine spinning over. Does this sound like a bad charging coil or a bad ground that I have not found. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
