It needs a starter solenoid or start/stop switch. It starts, but sometimes it just clicks. I will replace ASAP.

I went today to clean it and take some pictures. There is some paint missing near the gas cap shown below. I have extra paint if you want to fix it. I'm not sure what to mix the paint with, but I think I thinned it with either acetone or mineral spirits, and used spray can clear for the handlepole pad. I can't remember.

The black on the tubbie should come out with a little compound.
