so the cold has come here at the seahawks state...riding is at a stand still what great time to chop and beathe in some fresh fiberglass...will let start with what it look like today...

cause i came to a conclusion i can afford a a/m hull and if did i would just baby the hell out of it.so i started to cut up my tray and gut the foam out the good new the foam was not all that wet..

so i started to say hell let cut more off,the lower my gunwales here the 1st cut

didn't like the how the slate on the end off the gunwale so i did another cut and ended up moving the bob hold forward

sorry the ski is upside down,but this how it sitting on the shop stand here the 2 cut and much better cut

so i know i wanted to rocker the nose i did alot of reading and looking,researching i was going to do it the hard way...then i was trying to amp myself to start cutting...i just can to get myself to do it...so i started to think florida...jm were i get all my part from...spoke to byeai about the kit last yr...read carter b was back..so i went with carter b rocker nose kit..there alot of picture on the internet on the cut to do.so i jump to were my ski sit now....all i can say this kit is so easy to do and it's like carter b is by your side while your on the process of installing the kit...everything is mark out on the fiberglass if you order the material from him and to get a hold carter b is very easy...he had responed quickly went i had question for him via text....all in all the kit carter b sells is grade A kit....here were my ski is at now...

got it fiberglass on the outside both the rear and the nose still more work

what can i used to refoam the tray area i was thinking of using 2 part foam again,but i see people using the insulation foam,so to those that are using the insulation foam how are the foam holding up to the beating we give to our ski????

i got some damage to the cooling tube and i was wondering if u peeps know were i can i purchase a couple of feet off tubes to replace them,what dose the a/m hull use?

.............................update.................installed the the cooling tube,exhaust pipe,2in pvc pipe for the oneway scupper and tubbies...still waiting on my drain plugs to seal the tray area....

i would be a bit worried about that exhust being that long (looks like a pastry shape maker haha)

.......lol......i would like to know what your insight is on why i have to worry about my exhaust being out 2in past the hull and 1 1/2in under the tray...it not to late to shorten the pipe....

i ride surf and am always banging knees and shin on the ski, just saying it would ruin your day to come into contact with it like that.
i seen a ride mate drop the back end of his d-cut ride plate on his feet and it sliced through to the tendon, he didn't ride that day.
it just looks scary is all. i would take inch and halve off

cool...i will remember that before i paint the ski....i was wondering if anybody knows how much should i trim my ride plate.i am not there yet but it would be nice to know when i am at that point...

got my tray all foam up with the home depot stuff...and 2 part foam to get everything else and got the gunwales all set in and now it has it strength back...
