Superjet only idles and wont rev...what gives?

My 701 motor in my superjet starts right up and idles great, but wont rev at all. When you give it gas it just falls on its face. I pulled the motor out of a waveblaster and the previous owner said it was running great until they rolled it over one day...im thinking maybe water just got in the carb and maybe gummed something up? Any ideas before I go crazy?

It has a bpipe, Greater girdled head, MSD enhancer, ocean pro flame arrestor and im running 91 octane mixed at roughly 40:1.

guess im off to tear the carb down since nobody has answered...

it could have water trapped in the carb blocking the jets. take it apart and let us know.

Tore the carb apart and cleaned everything but it all looked good.

Maybe it is just lean on the pilot jet and the pop off is too high. What jetting and pop off are you running in this carb?

what about the reeds? water could damage them.

im no familiar with pop off...if someone could educate me a bit that would be great..main jet is 145 and the pilot looked like it said 120..sounds too high to me but i could barely read it.
