X2. I have changed a few that were not damaged. Besides not losing an ntake grate or damaging my threaded hull inserts, I also offset the cost by selling the good oem shoes for $35 each. Winning!

lol yeah if your lucky to get it off with out destroying it. mine was a pain to get off

i could not for the life of me get mine off before sending the ski in for paint, so i just said screw it! Tape the sucker up
