so I wanted to try some rear sponsons on my ski but didn't wanna spend $150 on a set so I made them my self, what do you guys think? Anything I should do differently? I bought a $12 cutting board and it has enough material for 3 sets, I've only made the ones so far, i haven't made it to the lake yet cause I'm also building a new motor for this ski but I would appriciate anyone's input on how to improve them and also if anyone would like to try them I'll send you a set if you pay shipping, ( I only have 2 other sets ) once I get them dialed in I'm going to counter sink the bolts into the glass and turf over I just bolted the up through the turf for now. Any imput helps!

I'll cut you a set out this morning, how big is the lip of the side rail?

I'm honestly not sure, I'm not at home to measure and won't be until after work. I would venture to say that it is almost the exact same as the squarenose rail.

How are you mounting these by the way? Are you using the stock side rail holes? I wanted to play around with how far back I place them because all the Kommander K1Rs run the rear sponsons in the middle of the boat instead of the rear and have heard that some superjet guys have been starting to do this as well.

Side note, I like the graphics on your SN, they look sharp.
