Super Jet Superjet taking on water

I have a 2013 Superjet that is taking in water.. this ski is 90% on the buoy coarse. No subbing or anything like that. The occasional hard dig into a turn- slight sub.

Tonight the ski filled the whole engine bay in rough water, in 10min of riding.

I have ridden with the hood off on calm water and can’t see anything coming from the shaft. Also when it’s full of water and on the trailer, it doesn’t leak from anywhere.

I worked on the hood seal. So once it’s bone dry(I have drained it and wiped it out) I will water test again...

I realize I can put in a aftermarket bilge, but I’m getting a insane amount of water

If anyone has had a similar issue or has any suggestions, I’m all ears...

Pic for fun.

Can't say for sure but if its not the shaft seal then I would think it is the hood seal. I saw a similar post a while back. Hood seal looked good and the guy thought it was sealing properly until he put his phone in the engine bay and recorded the inside of the hood with it latched while he hosed it from the outside and it leaked like crazy on the video. Wouldn't hurt to try something similar to see if its the hood seal

I forgot to mention that I have gone through the stock siphon bilge and checked it for clogs.

Also worth noting- The ski is stock other than handling parts and flame arrestors. Also never been taken apart or engine removed.
