Superjet throttle spring access?

I am trying to install softer throttle shaft springs on my 2019 SuperJet Mikuni carbs. Easy enough to access the one on the end, but how do I get to the one in the middle? Per the pics, it is underneath an air intake manifold of sorts. Presume I need to remove it? If so, any suggestions on the easiest way would be much appreciated. Or if there is a way to change it without I would love to know.

If difficult, I may opt to change only the outer. It is tempting to remove the outer spring and go interior spring only for 1/2 the pull, but my guess is that becomes a single failure point risk.

Thank you for any help!

What @Quinc said - the only way to get that one off is to remove the carbs from the manifold, separate them, and remove the spring.

If you're after a lighter throttle pull, the best method is to remove it completely and only keep the spring on the mag-carb. No need to replace that PTO-side carb spring with a lighter one.

Yeah that is what I was thinking. I read somewhere that’s risky with only one spring but that does seem a low risk.
