Superjet Top end Rebuild

I have decided to do a top end rebuild of my superjet as its now 6 years old (3years with mods). Can anyone give a good idea of how long I should run the engine in for ? I have been told from 1hour to a full tank double oil. Any ideas

also does anyone know what the stock compression should be ?

Stock compression should be around 150-155psi
