Superjet with SXR Running gear???

Hey Guys,
I have 07 SXR running gear and an 06 Superjet Hull. Can the sxr running gear fit in the superjet hull???
If so, what exactly do I need to modify, and or replace.

I have never heard of anyone putting a running gear from a kawi into a superjet, or vice versa

There are a few Kawi's running SJ motors out there, but I have never heard of anyone dumping an sxr motor in a SJ yet... I know Crab built mounts and knows the couplers to go from Yam motor to Kawi drive in the X2's

By running gear, you mean basically everything but the hull? You will have one hell of a time getting the Kawi pump, shaft, mid-bearing, etc to fit into a SJ.

I'd sell that SXR 'running gear' to someone building one of George's new X2 hulls and get all the SJ stuff you need to complete that Yamaha build.

Sorry I should have been more specific. Basically the kawi engine, electronics, hooked up to yamaha pump, shaft etc.
I guess the difficult part would be the engine mounts and matching the couplers...

get rid of the kawi stuff and go witha better power plant... Yamaha 62t based motorthe sky is the limit on them anymore.
