SURF AIR BOX 701ind

The Surf Boxes are available through the ON-LINE SHOP. http://www.701industries.com/index.php/storeA few changes to the design have now been completed. The top box has been lowered and the back side closest to the hull has been given more clearance. This will allow this Surf Box to fit a wide range of skis.
The bottom section has had its internal throat size open to maximum to allow the big motors to be fed. Also it now has removable flame arrestor.
These are a must for surf riding.

By far the best way I have seen to keep water out of the carbs. These are on my wish list to be added to my ski in the near future.

The number on top of the Surf Box is not the size of the motor.

I have them on my to get list, but have not yet tried them. Honestly, I don't see anything else on the market that has the protection from water in the surf that these have. And if they are anything like the quality of the rest of the 701 Product line, then they will work. I know a lot of the OZ guys have them.

The Dual air box set up will fit all duals . Pod Adaptors will need to be run on 38, 44 and 46mm carbs . The Dual air box will be a complete unit, Clamp on base supplied with SS hose clamps, with clip on SS flame arrestors , designed to achieve a great air flow , with a internal design to direct any water that enters the air box away from the throat of the carb. At the current exchange rates these Dual Air Box set ups will cost about $120 USD
