Mixed up my aerosil tonight and used it to fill all my cracks in. That went pretty well. When I tried to layer the sides for reinforcement things did not go so well. I had a poor measuring device so It seems that I ended up with not enough hardener. I am letting it cure over night and will see whats going on in the morning. I would defiantly not try this again with out vacuum bagging it. I can not get the biax to roll over the edge at all nor can I get it to adhere to the ridges in the hood very well. Perhaps this is in part by the lack of hardener I am not sure. Going to bed pretty disgusted tonight.

Paint one side of the cloth really wet with resin first, then lay it down, and paint the other side. Pn hard parts it helps to tip the ski and use gravity to your favor, even if it means doing 1 side at a time

If you get the pumps its very easy to measure the resin. 1 pump hardener to 3 pumps resin. Or whatever ratio you have. Ive had mine for a while.
