300/440/550 swapping 750 flywhhel onto 650 kawi ?

I have a 750 SS with blown engine .. I am swapping a 650 into this hull , I have done this before and the ski ran fast and fine .. but last time i used the 650 electronics .. this time I want to use the 750 flywheel onto the 650 crank and then run 750 stator so all the original gauges and electronics will work .. I was tol the flywheel will bolt right on ,,, BUT it sees to bottomout .. i think its the taper on the 650 crank where it gets wider and wont allow the 750 fly to fully slip on ... not sure what is happening wrong ...
any help or ideas ?

here are some pics ,, the 750 flywheel on the 650 crank ( black case) and the 750 fly that isnt pulled yet on the 750 crank .. i am tld they fit but damn no damnway ... it dont fkn fit inless maybe it isnt a 750 flywheel ? maybe so close to the same looking ? maybe a 900 fly ? how do i tell ?

that is definately a 750 flywheel.

kawi did have a couple of different ones for the 750, and i know the taper is what is different.

i too have heard you can do this type of conversion, but i have not personally tried.

i would guess, that you have a later 750 flwheel there. i would think to go on the 650, you need an early, one, like from a 92 750SX.

well I have a 92 SS and I pulled the flywheel today .. look at the differences .. I am droping the 650 into the 92 SS with the 750 electronics
anyone need a flywheel puller bolt ? I have 4 I will sell one at $8 plus 8 bucks to ship and cover paypal fees .. (from canada )
